To redeem your earned Cash Rewards, simply chat with ESTA, our EastWest System Tech Assistant, at www.ewlend.com/esta, or call the EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at +63288881700. Please note that the minimum Cash Reward amount that you can redeem is Php500.
Principal Cardholders may redeem their earned Cash Rewards through:
1. ESTA, the EastWest System Tech Assistant
- Launch ESTA in your web browser - www.ewlend.com/esta
- Go to Apply
- Choose Redeem Points
- Click Convert Points
- If you have multiple EastWest credit cards, choose the number corresponding to your EastWest Visa Platinum
- Input amount to be redeemed (minimum amount for redemption is Php500)
- Press 'yes' to confirm
2. EastWest’s 24-Hour Customer Service
- Call +63288881700
- Press 2 to access your EastWest Visa Platinum account
- Press 4 for Rewards Inquiry and Redemption
- Press 1 to inquire about Rewards Points
- Enter your 16-digit EastWest Visa Platinum card number
- Press 1 to confirm the EastWest Visa Platinum card number entered
- Press 0 to talk to a Customer Service Representative for redemption
