The Product Owner (Non-App) will be responsible for developing the features and product requirements for select digital products or channels for the Komo Digital Banking Service. Will own the end-to-end product management of product features, including but not limited to initiation of potential products, conducting ongoing market insighting efforts; generating product requirements; determining specifications, development schedules and roadmap, and coordinating with development team to assist in the overall launch and day-to-day operations of the product. The Product Owner will need to manage the requirements coming from multiple parties including Marketing, Operations and external feedback such as customers.
Requirement/s:
- 5-7 Years of Work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager, Head of Product, or equivalent role required with a portfolio of product and feature releases that demonstrate well-crafted customer experiences
- In-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development required/li>
- Direct experience launching solutions that integrate existing offerings with partner digital banking, credit, and payment solutions
- Strong grasp of data and analytics; comfortable with statistical analysis, and not afraid to be wrong - but adjusts rapidly to new data
- Familiar with business goals and objectives, app KPIs and metrics, and success indicators such as MAU (Monthly Active Users), MEU (Monthly Engaged Users), Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Resurrection, and Churn
