Service Manager (Service Head/ Service Operations Head)

A Service Manager is responsible in overseeing the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service; be compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – i.e. BSP, AMLC requirements. He/she shall coach the branch team on the relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in operational knowledge.

Requirement/s:

  • With at least seven (7) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have relevant experience in handling Branch Operations.
  • Must have extensive knowledge about general banking laws and regulations
  • With good people management skills
