A Store Manager is responsible in ensuring that the business targets of the branch are achieved through efficient implementation of sales strategies and activities. He/she is tasked to determine and tap market/ business potential in his/her area of responsibility. He/he is also in charge in developing his/ her team to become results-driven and highly competent talents though proper coaching, mentoring, and monitoring.

Requirement/s:

In-charge of achieving collections productivity benchmarks and executing collection strategies that are in compliance with BSP and other regulatory entities.

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in branch operations as a teller, new accounts, or cash custodian

A Teller/ New Accounts team member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient and accurate transaction processing. He / she is also tasked to provide excellent customer service and hone positive business relations with customers, potential customers, and co-workers.

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree preferably business-related course
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in branch operations as a teller, new accounts, or cash custodian
