Service Manager (Service Head/ Service Operations Head)
A Service Manager is responsible in overseeing the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service; be compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – i.e. BSP, AMLC requirements. He/she shall coach the branch team on the relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in operational knowledge.

Business Development Sales Officer/Relationship Sales Officer (Sales Officer)
The role is responsible for the development of new-to-bank clients and sell all the products and services of the Bank. Also responsible for ensuring the growth of managed accounts. Performs marketing and sales functions to achieve his/her sales targets.
Requirement/s:
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience selling products and services from any financial institutions
- Must have a high passion for sales and client management

Area Operations Officer
The role is responsible to supervise Service Managers of Stores under his Division; ensures that Stores are adequately manned by competent personnel to provide satisfactory customers’ experience. He/she is also in charge of checking store’s adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as compliance to regulatory – BSP & AMLC requirements as provided in the EWB Money Laundering Prevention Program (MLPP).

Collections Agency Manager
Manages/monitors external collections agencies (ECAs) in the execution of the team’s collection strategies.Reviews and corrects, if necessary, financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by the ECAs. Ensures that the ECAs are sufficiently capacitized in terms of manpower and other resources required in implementing collection strategies.
Requirement/s:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in ECA management.

Credit Policy Officer
Monitor major and critical risk issues vital to adherence to compliance directives; equip key stakeholders with information on BSP – compliance related issues to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business sourcing, credit processing and approvals, customer management, collections and customer servicing, etc.
Requirement/s:
Digital Systems Development Officer
The position is responsible for analyzing business requirements and converting it into written functional system capabilities and features required to support business goals. Holds all parties accountable to project timelines (from development, to SIT, to performing internal testing prior to UAT, to UAT, to documentation, to deployment to production, to post deployment curing of any issues)– vendors and users, and resolves issues when necessary. As a collateral responsibility, the position also investigates and resolves system Production issues and queries.
Marketing Officer
Executes the different personal loan product management plans and various sound marketing strategies to achieve Top Line, Bottom Line, and Market Share targets. Manages the production of all publicity materials in collaboration with CLC Marketing and Bank Marketing to maximize brand promotion.
Requirement/s:
- College graduate with degree in Computer Engineering or any related course.
- One (1) year in sales and/or marketing
- Background in: Sales and Marketing, Business and Industry Knowledge and Project / Program Management
